5 Course Tour of Italy Wine Pairing Dinner

Wine pairing dinner is back for our second feature: Tour of Italy! This event is open to everyone over 21; ladies, gentlemen, couples or groups. Reservations are highly recommended; space is limited.
$49 per person
First Course:
Traditional Italian Chop Salad
-Fresh Vegetables, Aged Meats, and Fresh Parmesan Cheese topped with a lite Italian Vinaigrette.
Second Course:
Baked Mozzarella and Italian Sausage Soup.
-A Zesty Italian Sausage Tomato Based Soup, finished off with fresh mozzarella.
Third Course:
Baked Eggplant Parmesan
-Baked and Grilled in Italian Garlic Oil, topped with a tradtional puttanesca sauce and blended Italian Cheeses.
Fourth Course:
Hand-made Hearty Seafood Lasagna.
-Traditional lasagna with smoked salmon, fresh shrimp, lump crab meat, blended cheeses and our homemade tomato sauce.
Fifth Course:
Tiramisu Stuffed Cannolis
-The best of both worlds! Handmade cannoli stuffed with a buttercream and chocolate tiramisu finished with a whipped chocolate cream sauce, grated vanilla, and raspberry accents.
