- Delmarva Community Managers Association (DCMA) – Mann Properties Inc has been a member of the DCMA since it’s inception over 4 decades ago. Igor Conev currently serves at Vice-President.
- Delmarva Irish American Club (DIAC) – Buck Mann has been the leader of the St Patrick’s Parade in Ocean City MD for over 40 years.
- Chamber of Commerce – Buck Mann was on the Board of Directors and was a member of the executive committee.
- Community Association Institute (CAI) – Members include Buck Mann, Igor Conev, Curtis Crouse, Ginger Fleming, Matt Shipley, Ed Broderick and Richard Brucki. Buck Mann was also on the National Board of Trustees.
- Maryland Legislative Action Committee (MDLAC) – Buck Mann was a member for over 2 decades. Igor Conev now serves on the MDLAC. The LAC is a lobbyist group that monitors condominium and HOA laws in Maryland.
