- Ocean City Development Corporation (OCDC) – Igor Conev and Buck Mann are active members of the OCDC. Igor Conev was also the Chairman for the spring golf tournament that raised over $72K in the past 2 years.
- Delmarva Condominium Managers Association Ocean City (OCDC) – Mann Properties Inc has been a member of the DCMA for the past 15 years. Mann Properties was one of the founding members and currently Kelly Quinn serves as the Vice President.
- Delmarva Irish American Club (DIAC) – Buck Mann has been the leader of the St Patrick’s Parade in Ocean City MD for over 30 years.
- Chambers of Commerce – Buck Mann is on the Board of Directors and is a member of the executive committee.
- Community Association Institute (CAI) – Members include Buck Mann, Igor Conev, Kelly Quinn and Stefanie Minemie. Buck Mann was also on the National Board of Trustees.
- Maryland Legislative Action Committee (MDLAC) – Buck Mann has been a member for over a decade. The LAC is a lobbyist group that monitors condominium law in Maryland.
